• Anonymized data to improve our Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to help QLU.ai provide a continuously better service.

Google Workspace API Data Use Disclosure

Google Services Compliance The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Qlu's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use requirements. This includes:

(i) We will only use Google user data to provide user-facing features requested by the user that are prominent in our application

(ii) We will not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user consent

(iii) We will not use Google user data for serving advertisements

(iv) We will not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have user consent for specific messages, it's necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law

We will also retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.All user data will be deleted within 1 month of a user request via our support channel.. The user data is not retained beyond the processing of your requested feature

• Ephemeral Processing: User data shared with AI systems is processed in real-time. We do not retain this data beyond the immediate execution of the requested feature.
• Strict Prohibitions: Qlu does not sell user data, use it for any form of advertising (including personalized or retargeted ads), or provide it to data brokers or information resellers.
• Confidentiality: All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data, maintain strict confidentiality, and adhere to security standards equivalent to our own.

Email Access and AI Processing

With your explicit consent, Qlu may access your email content or any draft messages strictly to perform the feature you requested.

• Transient Processing: All content is processed solely to generate the immediate, user-visible result, such as drafting, polishing, or sentiment analysis.
• No Retention or Training: No data is stored, retained, or used for AI model training or any other purpose after the requested action is completed.
• User-Initiated Actions: With your specific authorization, Qlu may send emails on your behalf. This action is performed only as instructed by you and never automatically or without your direct command.
• Strict Prohibitions: We do not use email content for advertising, data brokering, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the Qlu application.

We assure you that this procedure is performed with strict adherence to privacy and data security standards.
